Kung Bo Sauce or Kong Po sauce is a tasty wok sauce based on sugar, black vinegar, caramel, fish sauce, soy sauce and vegetable proteins. Kung Bo Sauce from CHNG Kee'S has a sour and unfortunate time sour taste. It is an authentic recipe from Sichuan province in China.
Kung Bo Sauce is used as a wok sauce. All types of meat can be used here. The most famous dish is Kong Po Kai (chicken). To make the dish taste better add some vegetables and cashew nuts.
