Bean curd with chilli or fermented tofu / tofu is a creamy, creamy tofu cheese cubes with chili. Cubes of tofu are first laid to dry under a layer of hay, where a fermentation process takes place. When the tofu is completely dehydrated, it is brought to taste and color by the red rice yeast (red bean curd).
