Vegetarian dumpling bok choy & mushroom are small packs of dough with a filling of eg bok choy or paksoi, soy leaf, mushroom and ginger. Dumplings from Mai Xiang Yuan is made on Chinese style. In terms of dough is slightly thicker, there is more juice in the filling and multiple variation as a filling than in comparison with the Korean or Japanese dumpling.
