This Light Soy Sauce is made from fermented soybeans with corn, salt, water and enthanol. The light soy sauce is ripened briefly and is therefore lighter in color and taste, but more salty. Soy sauce from Sakura has a delicious soy taste and is gluten free because of its special preparation.
It is added as a seasoning to all kinds of Japanese dishes and marinades. The special composition of ingredients makes Sakura light soy sauce the most suitable as a dipping sauce for Sushi's and Sashimi's. possibly in combination with other seasonings.
