Narcissus Rice Vinegar 600g 水仙白米醋

What is it?

White rice vinegar is a rice vinegar made from water, white wine and fermented sticky rice. The color of the rice vinegar depends on whether polished or unpolished rice is used or perhaps on the additives. The Chinese rice vinegar is slightly stronger than the Japanese rice vinegar.

How to use?

Rice vinegar is used in sweet-sour dishes. The white rice vinegar has a mild flavor, is therefore suitable for vegetables or possibly dilute with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and sugar as a dressing to use in salads.
