Noodle Salad with Roasted Chicken

  • 150g cooked noodles
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 50g bean sprouts
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • 50g roasted chicken, bite-sized
  • 4 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Roasted Sesame Dressing
  • Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil (optional)


  1. 1. Place the noodles on two plates.
  2. 2. Add the toppings in Buddha Bowl style.
  3. 3. Add the roasted sesame dressing. If you like spicy food, you can add some chilli oil as well.
