This is a classic home-cooked dish and one of the must-have Chinese New Year’s dishes. After eating lots of meat, vegetables will be a refreshing bite.
- 250g bok choy
- 200g mushrooms
- Garlic slices
- Soy sauce
- Wet corn starch
HOW TO MAKE IT
Add some oil and stir-fry the bok choy with garlic slices for 30 seconds. Add some salt and arrange the bok choy in a circle on a plate.
Stir-fry the mushrooms for 1 minute, add some water and braise for 5 minutes. Then add salt, soy sauce, wet corn starch, and stir-fry for 20 seconds.
Pour the mushrooms in the middle of the plate with the bok choy.
