This cheesecake makes a delicious summer dessert! And it’s very easy to prepare with the Aigostar multicooker!
What you need:
- 600g cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 cartons natural yogurt
- 500ml milk
- 500g flour
- 16g yeast
- Aigostar Multicooker
How to make it:
Mix all ingredients with a blender until fully blended. Pour some oil in the multicooker, then put the mixture into the pot.
Cover the lid, choose the "Cake" function. The program is finished in about 30 minutes, then it will automatically enter the "Keep warm" function, and the program will end about 10 minutes later.
Wait until the cake has cooled down. Then take it out of the pot and place it in the fridge for several hours (but preferably for one day).
Spread strawberry jam on the cake and serve.
