Vegan Pumpkin Pie
Indulge yourself this delicious and vegan-friendly pumpkin pie! It is not only extra flavourful, but also easy to make!


  • 250ml Vitasoy original soy milk
  • 425g pumpkin, boiled and mashed
  • 120ml light brown sugar  
  • 60ml corn starch 
  • ¼ tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice*  
  • 1 gluten free and vegan pie crust  

* Spice mix for pumpkin pie:

  • 3 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 tsp ground cloves


Put the Vitasoy original soy milk in a large mixing bowl, and whisk in light brown sugar, corn starch, vanilla, and salt until dissolved. Whisk in the pumpkin pie spice, followed by the pumpkin. Mix until well combined, then pour into the pie shell. Bake at 190℃ for 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean in the center.
