Poké is a traditional dish from Hawaii, starring fresh fish and vegetables. It’s very easy to prepare: just slice the different ingredients into cubes, and you’re good to go!

Ingredients:
- 3 cups of sushi rice
- 1 Tbsp Japanese rice vinegar
Toppings:
- Yellow radish
- Masago shiny orange
- Hiyashi wakame
- Seaweed sheets
- Tofu puffs
- Kimchi
- Edamame beans
- Silken tofu
- 1 cucumber
- 2 avocados
- 1 carrot
- ½ red cabbage
- 1 red pepper
Fish:
- Tuna
- Unagi
- Surimi sticks
- 300g salmon
- 300g tuna
Seasoning:
- Japanese mayonnaise
- Sesame dressing
- Sriracha sauce
- Wasabi
- Soy sauce
How to make it:
1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. When the rice is done, keep it in the rice cooker/pan for another 10 minutes.
2. Put the sushi rice in a bowl and mix it with the sushi vinegar.
3. Cut the toppings into cubes or strips.
4. Divide the rice over 6 bowls and place your favorite toppings on top of it.
