- 500g macaroni
- Sunflower oil
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, pressed
- 250g chicken breast
- 5 spring onion, in rings
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 4 Tbsp Faja Lobi Bami Trafasie Speciaal
- ½ tsp Faja Lobi Trassie Trafasie
- 1 tbsp Faja Lobi Pinda Sambal
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- ½ tsp piment powder
HOW TO MAKE IT
STEP 1: Prepare macaroni according to the instructions on the package.
STEP 2: Heat 6 tablespoons of oil and fry the shallot and garlic until light-brown.
STEP 3: Add chicken breast and cook until done.
STEP 4: Add spring onion and red bell pepper, stir and cook along for 4 minutes.
STEP 5: Add Bami Trafasie Speciaal, Trassie Trafasie, Pinda Sambal, tomato paste and piment powder. Stir until mixed evenly.
STEP 6: Add the macaroni to the mixture, stir and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
