Matcha Heaven

This milkshake is perfect for matcha fans!



Preparation time: 10 minutes


Number of servings: 1-2



Ingredients:

  • 3 scoops of ice cream
  • 500ml soy milk
  • 2 Tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 Tbsp tapioca balls
  • Matcha KitKat
  • Sesame cookies
  • Oreo cookies
  • Pocky’s matcha biscuit sticks
  • Colorful mini cookies
  • Adzuki beans
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • Optional: mini donut

Whipped cream:

  • 250ml fresh whipped cream
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bag of cream fix

How to make it:


1. Tapioca balls

Prepare the tapioca balls according to the instructions on the package.


2. Chocolate

Break the chocolate into small pieces. Put the chocolate in a heat-resistant bowl. Put the bowl on a pan with slightly boiling water. Make sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Let the chocolate melt and stir continuously. Dip the upper part of the mug in the melted chocolate. Put it aside.


3. Whipped cream

Pour the whipped cream in a bowl and mix it for 1 minute at the lowest speed. Add the vanilla sugar and the cream fix. Turn the mixer to the highest speed and mix it until the cream is stiff. The cream is done when it stays in the bowl when you hold it upside down. Scoop the cream into a piping bag.


4. Milkshake

Mix the soy milk with the matcha powder. Pour the matcha milk in a blender and add the ice cream. Mix it well. Scoop the tapioca balls in the mug and add the matcha milkshake. Spray whipped cream on it. Decorate the milkshake with cookies and a mini donut if you like. Warm up the adzuki beans and serve them together with the milkshake.
