Quinoa Salad with Shrimps, Avocados and Grapefruits

This simple and healthy salad is quick to prepare and therefore ideal for those of you who are busy!



INGREDIENTS

  • 150g quinoa
  • 2 avocados
  • 15 shrimps
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

PREPARATION


Cook the quinoa for about 20 minutes, then strain it. Peel the shrimps. Cut the avocados into large pieces. Cut the red onion into thin slices. Peel the grapefruit raw and cut the pulp into small pieces.



Place the quinoa, shrimps, onion, grapefruit and avocados in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well before serving.
