Japanese Seaweed Salad

Japanese seaweed salad, also known as chuka wakame, is a crispy salad mostly served in Japanese restaurants. You can eat it as a snack, appetizer or side dish. Learn how to make a delicious seaweed yourself! 


 

Ingredients
- Seaweed*

Optional
- Roasted sesame seeds*
- Sesame oil*

How to make it
Defrost the seaweed in the refrigerator or with the packaging in a bowl of water. Then the seaweed is ready for consumption. 

Tips to make it even tastier? Add some sesame oil and roasted sesame seeds. 

Would you like a larger salad? Add thin strips of lettuce.
