Crab-Stuffed Avocados

Instead of a salad, serve this simple and original starter to your guests!



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 50g crab meat
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 2 parsley leaves

PREPARATION


Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Mix the crab meat with the mayonnaise until you get a homogeneous preparation. Fill both avocado halves with the mixture. Top it off with a parsley leaf. Your crab-stuffed avocados are ready!
