So far we were always very happy with your service. Unfortunately this time the house number was missing on the address printed on the parcel (even though our address has been correctly and completely been registered at your shop, I have double checked). If I had not actively checked the delivery status (at Hermes which handled the distribution in Germany and immediately gotten in contact with) the parcel with the food would have been returned to you .... You portfolio is very good and I hope to be able to buy from you in the future (and to receive the parcels (-: )....
