韩国泡菜杂蔬汤面 / Korean Noodle Soup With Kimchi, Bok Choy And Shiitake Mushrooms

  • 2 packs Soon Veggie Ramyun noodles


  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 pack of kimchi
  • 8 carrot slices
  • 8 shiitake mushroom slices
  • Shanghai bok choy


Boil the carrot slices, shiitake mushroom slices and bok choy for about 5 minutes until done. Drain the water and put aside.

Boil 550 ml of water in a small soup pan. Once the water is boiling, add the vegetable mix and soup powder. Then add the noodles and boil for about 4½ minutes until done.

Divide the noodles over 2 bowls and pour the soup on top. Put all the toppings on the noodles, and serve.
