- Bamboe Ayam Goreng Kalasan seasoning paste
- Frying oil
- 500g chicken
- 200 ml coconut milk
HOW TO MAKE IT
Cut 500g chicken into pieces. Boil 200 ml of coconut milk, add the seasoning paste and chicken. Simmer until tender and thickened. Deep-fry the chicken until golden brown.
