Start your day with this delicious smoothie bowl with kale, goji berries and coconut flakes! It is perfect for those who want to enjoy their morning with a fresh, healthy and exotic breakfast.



INGREDIENTS


Smoothie

  • 2 small frozen bananas
  • 30g kale or spinach
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 60g plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 140g frozen mango
  • 120-180ml coconut milk
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey, to taste

Toppings

  • Goji berries, soaked
  • Honey
  • Badia Trilogy Seeds
  • Fruits
  • Coconut flakes

Tools:

  • Blender

PREPARATION


Blend all the ingredients of the smoothie together until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. Start with 120ml of coconut milk and add more if needed. Your smoothie should have a very thick consistency. Pour it into a bowl and garnish with additional honey and your favourite toppings
