Spring rolls filled with Japanese sausage and mozzarella cheese. Crispy on the outside, deliciously juicy on the inside.

- 1 small pack of spring roll sheets
- 400g Japanese sausages
- 3 packs of mozzarella
- 1 beaten egg
- Deep frying oil
How to make it:
Defrost the spring roll sheets. Slice the mozzarella into small strips. Dry the sausage with a towel.
Place the spring roll sheet on a flat surface, with the corner facing you. Put a sausage in the middle, together with two mozzarella strips.
Fold the left and the right side to the middle. Roll the spring roll halfway, smear the edges of the top with the beaten egg, then continue rolling the spring roll.
Heat the oil in a pan and deep-fry the spring rolls until they are golden brown.
