This gourmet chicken salad is quick and easy to make thanks to the ready-made Lee Kum Kee’s sauces. It is perfect for a healthy lunch and ideal to take with you to school or to the office!
- 350g chicken thighs
- 150g cucumber slices
- 150g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100g baby leaf lettuce
- 4 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Noodles
- 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Oil (optional)
Marinate the chicken thighs with the marinade for about 30 minutes.
Grill or fry the chicken thighs for about 15 to 20 minutes or until done, then slice or cube the chicken, and put it aside.
Mix the dressing together with the cucumbers, tomatoes and baby leaves. Serve with the chicken thighs.
