芒果西米甜品 / Mango Dessert With Sago Pearls

INGREDIENTS

  • Blender
  • 400g frozen mango
  • 1 fresh mango

Sago:

  • 1 liter water
  • 3 Tbsp sago pearls
  • 9 Tbsp coconut milk for desserts

PREPARATION


Boil 1 liter of water in a pan. Once the water starts boiling, add the sago pearls. Turn the heat to medium-low and boil the sago pearls for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest, covered with the lid on the pan. The sago pearls are done when they are translucent. Rinse the pearls with cold water and drain them in a colander. Put it aside.



Mix the frozen mango in a blender and cube the fresh mango. Divide the sago pearls over the glass bowls, pour in the mashed mango, followed by 3 tablespoons of coconut milk per bowl. Top it with the fresh mango cubes.
