INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 mangoes / 250ml mango pulp
- 500ml yogurt
- 2-3 Tbsp cream
- ½ tsp cardamom powder

- Milk
- 4-5 Tbsp sugar/honey
- Ice cubes

PREPARATION
Chop the mangoes. Puree the mangoes with sugar/honey and cardamom powder in a blender. Add the yogurt and cream. Add some ice cubes. Blend for seconds until mixed well and smooth. If you want a thinner consistency, add some milk while blending. Pour the mango lassi in glasses. Garnish with mint leaves and mango cubes.
