Bubble tea is the perfect cold drink to sip on during summer! Also known as boba, it is usually made with tea, milk and chewy tapioca pearls. Bubble tea can come in many flavours and with various toppings. This recipe will teach you how to make the fruity version of the classic pearl milk tea.
- 150ml strong green tea
- 2 Tbsp boiled tapioca pearls
- 100ml milk
- 1-2 Tbsp honey
- Ice cubes
- 50ml pureed fruit: strawberries, blueberries, grapes, raspberries, pomegranate, kiwis, mandarins, passion fruit, peaches or oranges
Boil the tapioca pearls according to the instructions on the package. Mix the tea, honey, fruit puree and milk in a blender. Fill a large glass with tapioca pearls and ice cubes. Then add the tea mixture.
