清心素吃碗:芽菜&芝麻酱调味

INGREDIENTS

  • Quinoa or brown rice

Toppings:

  • Cooked edamame beans
  • Bean sprouts
  • Daikon
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Spinach

Dressing:

  • 60ml tahini
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • (1-2 Tbsp water)

HOW TO MAKE IT


Prepare the quinoa or brown rice according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, rinse and cut the vegetables. Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water if needed. Put the cooled quinoa or rice in a bowl. Add the toppings and sprinkle with the dressing.
