Make your own healthy protein balls! These little energy balls are made from natural and vegan ingredients. Their size will allow you to take them with you everywhere. They are an ideal snack to enjoy throughout the day!
- 200g dried apricots
- 150g hulled hemp seeds
- 7g matcha tea
Mix the dried apricots, hulled hemp seeds and matcha tea in a blender until you get a smooth dough. Take the mixture out of the blender, then form small balls by rolling pieces of dough between your hands. Roll the energy balls in hulled hemp seeds.
