INGREDIENTS

• Bamboe Kare seasoning paste
• 1kg crab*
• 400 ml coconut milk
• 400 ml water

PREPARATION
Boil 1kg crab (cut into halves) in 400 ml water, add seasoning paste, and cook until tender and fragrant (about 30 minutes over medium heat). Stir occasionally. Stir in 400 ml of coconut milk, simmer for another 5 minutes.

*Variation tip:
You can replace crab with chicken.
