Cooking instructions
As cold dish: Let Rice Vermicelli soak in boiling water and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, stir occasionally, flush rice vermicelli with cold water or tap water for 1 minute, drain and let it sit for 30 minutes, then it can be served as cold dish.
For fried Vermicelli: Heat up water to 100 grad, then pour hot water into a container, let rice vermicelli soak in hot water for about 6 to 8 minutes, stir occasionally, flush rice vermicelli with cold water or tap water for 1 minute, drain and then it can be used for frying.
Storage advice: Store in a dry and cool place, out of direct sunlight.
