They are the first and only instant noodles with anti-aging antioxidants. The natural color in the noodles comes from purple grains. The noodles undergo a fat-free process through steaming and baking.

Boil the koka noodles in hot water for 3 - 4 minutes and add the spice mix. Boil them for another minute and you have a delicious bowl of noodle soup
