Malaysian-Style Nasi Goreng
Nasi goreng consists of fried rice, usually cooked with meat and vegetables. But of course, like all fried rice dishes, you can add any ingredient you like, such as seafood! Try this popular Malaysian household dish!

                - 60g nasi goreng paste (from Adabi)
- 500g boiled rice
- 10 pieces of sliced squid
- 100g vegetarian cha siu
- 100g peeled shrimps
- 4 eggs
- 2 spring onions
- 2 Tbsp oil
- Slice the spring onions into rings and cube the cha siu. Thaw the shrimps and dry them with a paper towel.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry the eggs first over high heat, then turn down the heat a bit. Cook the eggs for about 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. Add the nasi goreng paste from Adabi and fruit briefly. Add the squid, cha siu, peeled shrimps and spring onions. Mix well and fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the rice and mix all well. Fry the nasi for 5 minutes and toss from time to time.
- Divide the nasi over 4 plates and put the egg on top.
