Bring a pan of water to the boil. The amount of water should be about 10 times the amount of noodles you want to cook.
Once the water boils, add the noodles and stir gently to prevent the noodles from sticking together
Cook the noodles (2-3 minutes) until tender but be careful not to overcook them.
Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse under cold running water to stop the cooking process.
They are now ready to use, for a noodle soup or a fresh noodle salad
