Coconut pudding with jelly candy. This cheerful dish is a feast for both kids and adults! A delicious dessert with fresh colors and different fruity flavors.

INGREDIENTS


3 different flavors of jelly powder
Per pack of jelly powder:

  • 10g gelatin powder 
  • 60g fine sugar
  • 340ml boiling water

Coconut mixture:

  • 250ml coconut cream
  • 100ml cold water
  • 265ml boiling water
  • 20g gelatin powder
  • 100g sweet, condensed milk


HOW TO MAKE IT:

Jelly candy | You can prepare the jelly candy one day ahead. Put 1 pack of jelly powder, sugar and gelatin powder in a bowl and mix it well. Add boiling water while stirring. Keep stirring until everything has dissolved. Put the jelly in a rectangular plate and let it cool off. Put the plate in the fridge. Repeat the steps with the other two jelly flavors. The jellies will be firm the next day. Cut them into cubes and put the cubes on a big plate.

Coconut mixture | Mix the sugar and the gelatin powder in a small bowl. Heat the coconut cream and the coconut water in a pan. Add the sugar and gelatin powder and stir until everything has dissolved. Then add the sweet, condensed milk and let it cool off. Don’t let it solidify.

Pour the coconut mixture in the plate with jelly cubes, until they are completely covered. Put the plate in the fridge for 3 hours.
