Cooking instructions
- Wash all ingredients, except for the flavouring pouch.
- Boil 300g of meat in boiling water for 2 minutes. Get rid of the blood and oil.
- Add all the ingredients and a few pieces of ginger in 1,5 liter water. Cook on medium heat for 1 hour.
- Add gojiberries and flavouring pouch (no need to open), cook on medium heat for 30 minutes and it is ready to be served.
