INGREDIENTS

• Bamboe Nasi Kuning seasoning paste
• 400g rice
• 700 ml coconut milk
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 pandan leaves
• 2 lime leaves

Serve with:

• Potato meatball
• Sliced omelet
• Fried chicken
• Tomato
• Cucumber
• Fried tempeh
• Peanuts

• Rice cooker

PREPARATION
Wash 400g rice, drain and put into the rice cooker. Add into the rice cooker: seasoning paste, 700 ml coconut milk, 2 bay leaves, 2 pandan leaves, 2 lime leaves and stir well. Cook, stir twice.

Serve with side dishes:
Potato meatball, sliced omelet, fried chicken, tomato, cucumber, fried tempeh and peanuts.
