Salads can be pretty boring, but believe us, this one is not! Enjoy summer with this spicy mango and chicken salad seasoned with roasted sesame dressing!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 mango, sliced
- 1 salad mix
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 150g grilled chicken breast
- Lee Kum Kee Roasted Sesame Dressing
- 1 red pepper, sliced (optional)
PREPARATION
- 1. Slice the mango and red onion, and add it to the salad mix.
- 2. Slice the chicken into strips and add it to the salad mix. Add red pepper if you like.
- 3. Give the salad a dash of the roasted sesame dressing.
Variation tip
This salad also tastes great with baby spinach.
