Salads can be pretty boring, but believe us, this one is not! Enjoy summer with this spicy mango and chicken salad seasoned with roasted sesame dressing!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 mango, sliced
  • 1 salad mix
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 150g grilled chicken breast
  • Lee Kum Kee Roasted Sesame Dressing
  • 1 red pepper, sliced (optional)

PREPARATION

  1. 1. Slice the mango and red onion, and add it to the salad mix.
  2. 2. Slice the chicken into strips and add it to the salad mix. Add red pepper if you like.
  3. 3. Give the salad a dash of the roasted sesame dressing.

Variation tip
This salad also tastes great with baby spinach.
