300g somen noodles
200ml tsuyu soup
Toppings (optional)
1 stem Chinese garlic, sliced
1 stem spring onion, thinly sliced

Step 1
Boil the noodles according to the packaging. Drain and rinse to cool it down.
Step 2
Pour the tsuyu into a bowl. Add toppings to your preference.
Step 3
