Ingredients

100g pork or chicken fillet, cut into strips

100g vegetables of your preference

3 shiitake mushrooms, soaked and cut into strips

1 egg

4 chopped cloves of garlic

2 servings of Misua noodles

1 tsp dark soy sauce
-
sesame oil
-
frying oil
Chicken seasoning

2 tsp oyster sauce
-
1 tsp light soy sauce
-
pinch of sugar
-
dash of salt
Preparation
Place the chicken and the seasoning in a zip-lock bag and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 1
Boil the Misua noodles according to packaging. Drain, rinse and set aside.
Step 2
Stir-fry the egg in oil and place aside.
Step 3
Fry the garlic. Add the mushrooms and seasoned chicken when the garlic is fragrant, and stir-fry until done.
Step 4
Add the vegetables and stir-fry. When the vegetables are done, add the Misua noodles to re-heat.
Step 5
Season the dish to your preference. Garnish with fried egg bits and sesame oil to serve.
