These tasty fish rolls are originally from Japan, and made of fish surimi. After mixing all the ingredients, they are wrapped around a bamboo or metal stick, and steamed or roasted.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 400g chikuwa rolls
- Yakitori sauce
- Honey
- Bamboo skewers
HOW TO MAKE IT
Skew the fish rolls onto a bamboo skewer and put them on the barbecue. Grill all sides for 1 minute. Brush the fish rolls with honey or yakitori sauce, and put them back on the barbecue for 15 seconds.
