INGREDIENTS
- 400g Pondan cake mix
- 150 ml melted margarine
- 7 eggs
- 3 Tbsp water
- 5g cocoa powder
- Mixer
- Cake mold 25x10 cm
- 1 bamboo skewer
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 160°C with the top heat and bottom heat on.
Beat the eggs about 3 minutes until creamy. Add the Pondan cake mix with 3 tablespoons of water and 5g cocoa powder, and beat at high speed for 8 minutes until the mixture is smooth and thick. Add the melted margarine and stir well using a wooden spatula.
Brush the cake mold with margarine. Pour in the batter, bake the cake for about 60 minutes at 160°C. Insert a bamboo skewer in the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, this means the cake is done. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
