Start your day with this delicious smoothie bowl with bananas, berries and seeds! It is perfect for those who want to enjoy their morning with a fresh and healthy breakfast.
INGREDIENTS
Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 150g frozen cherries or berries
- 120ml coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp Badia Trilogy Seeds
Toppings
- 1½ fresh banana, sliced
- Fresh raspberries
- Fresh blackberries
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp coconut flakes
- 90g pomegranate seeds

PREPARATION
Put the frozen banana, cherries, Badia Trilogy Seeds mix and coconut milk in the blender. Blend everything together until you get a smooth mixture, then pour it into a bowl. Garnish the smoothie with the fresh fruits, pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes. Sprinkle some Badia Trilogy Seeds mix on top.
