Impress your guests with these cute bunny puddings! These creamy coconut puddings are super easy to make and require few ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
- 28g gelatin powder
- 160g sugar
- 500 ml water
- 200 ml coconut milk for desserts
- 500 ml full milk
- 100 ml unwhipped cream
- Rabbit cake mold
PREPARATION
Mix the cream and milk in a bowl. Mix the sugar and gelatin in a separate bowl.
Bring 500 ml of water to a boil, together with the sugar mix. Continue stirring until the sugar and gelatin has dissolved. Add the coconut milk, full milk and cream, and mix well.
Pour the coconut mixture in a glass bowl or mold, and put the coconut mixture in the freezer for at least an hour. Then put it in the fridge for 6 hours to allow it to set.
Lastly, cut the pudding into blocks, and serve.
