This delicious Brazilian dessert is extremely easy and quick to make. This fresh and light cream is ideal after a hearty meal!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 avocado
- Juice of ½ lime
- 50g fresh cream
- 30g powdered sugar

- Clingfilm
- 2 small glasses (verrines)
PREPARATION
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit and the skin. Put the avocado flesh in a blender with the lime juice and powdered sugar. Mix the ingredients until you obtain a very smooth cream. Pour the cream into two verrines and cover them with cling film so that the avocado does not turn black. Put the doce de abacate in the fridge for an hour before serving it.
