Replace the meat of your next meal with this vegetarian and healthy (but not tasteless) dish!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 packs fresh firm tofu
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- Pepper and salt
- Oil
Dipping sauce:
- 2 Tbsp sesame paste
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
PREPARATION
Mix the sesame paste and sesame oil. Put it aside.
Remove the package from the tofu and wrap it in multiple layers of paper towels. Press the tofu gently to absorb the moisture. Cut the tofu into slices of 5 to 10 mm.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the tofu and fry each side for 6 minutes until golden brown. Season with pepper and salt. Garnish with the sliced spring onions. Serve with the dipping sauce.
