You have to try this Asian dessert, delicious coconut milk with fresh fruit!

Ingredients
- 1 liter of water
- 4 tablespoons sago pearls*
- 400 ml coconut milk for desserts*
- 50g rock sugar*
- 1 pinch of salt
- 500g fruits, fresh and/or out of a can*

Directions
1. Boil 1 liter of water, then add the sago pearls.
2. Turn the heat on medium and cook the sago for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest with the lid on the pan. The sago pearls are ready when they are transparant. Wash it down with cold water and drain the sago pearls in a colander. Put it aside.
3. Heat the coconut milk for dessert in a pan (don't let it boil). Then add the rock sugar with a pinch of salt to it. Keep stirring untill the sugar is dissolved.
4. Cool it down. Then add the sago pearls and stir it again. Cover the bowl with foil and put it in the refrigerator.
5. Peel the fruit and cut it in cubes. Fruits out of a can must be drained first and then cut it in cubes.
6. Add the fruits before you serve. This dish can be eaten hot or cold.
