INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of large mantous (steamed buns)
- 340g luncheon meat (spam)
- 6 eggs
- 6 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 butter lettuce
- Sesame seeds
Sauces:
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
PREPARATION
Steam the mantous according to the instructions on the package. Cut the luncheon meat into thick slices. Beat the eggs and season it with salt and pepper. Wash some lettuce leaves and drain it.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the luncheon meat on all sides until it’s golden brown and put it aside.
Heat oil the pan and add the egg mixture. Divide the omelet across the entire pan, turn the heat to medium-low. Slowly push the sides of the omelet to the middle. Fold the outside to the middle, take the pan off the heat and leave the omelet in the pan for another 30 seconds.
Slice the mantous in half. Smear it with mayonnaise and ketchup. Top it with a lettuce leaf, then the omelet, then the luncheon meat and finally the cheddar cheese. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the mantou.
