INGREDIENTS
- Bamboe Mie Goreng seasoning paste
- 400g cooked noodles
- 100g chicken/prawn
- Oil
- 1 egg
- Vegetables
PREPARATION
Cut the chicken/prawn in pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken/prawn and seasoning paste, and stir-fry for about 4 minutes. Add an egg and vegetables if preferred. Mix in the noodles well and cook for a few additional minutes to enhance the flavour.
