- 760g steamed rice
- Chicken*
- Oil
- Garnish:
- Scramble egg
- Sliced cucumber
- Tomato
- Shrimp crackers
PREPARATION
Stir-fry the chicken with oil. Add the steamed rice and seasoning paste, mix thoroughly. Serve with scrambled egg, sliced cucumber, tomato and shrimp crackers.
