Kong Moon rice vermicelli is used for stir fry, noodle soup and salad. Rice vermicelli has already been steamed/cooked during the production process, so soak it briefly in lukewarm water for 3-5 minutes. so that the noodles fall apart. Then drain them well and they are ready to use.
