New Phoenix rice vermicelli are used for stir fry, noodle soup and salad. rice sticks have already been steamed/cooked during the production process, so soak them briefly in lukewarm water for 3-5 minutes. so that the noodles fall apart. Then drain them well and they are ready to use.
