INGREDIENTS
- 3 pieces Cubie hotpot noodles
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200g white fish
- 500g choy sum
- 1 Tbsp oil
Seasoning:
- 500 ml chicken stock
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp Shaoxing rice wine
- Sugar, salt and white pepper
PREPARATION
Heat oil in a wok pan. Add the garlic and stir-fry until aromatic. Add the chicken stock, followed by fish sauce, rice wine, sugar, salt and white pepper. Stir well and bring it to a boil. Add the noodles and disentangle with a fork. Then add the vegetables and pieces of fish. Boil again for 1 minute or until the fish is done. Divide the noodles over 2 bowls and serve.
